It’s definitely legit but to me it looks like a front for a regular deriheru group that will provide nothing but English language support and upcharge you massively. Which is probably worth it for you if you don’t speak Japanese but otherwise is not good

Looking closer this is a front for Tora no Ana. You can find plenty of reviews of them on this site.
