Coming To Tokyo In Feb 2015, English Speaking

Greetings! I can't wait to be back in Japan! I have been a few times before and I love the country! I have never had the opportunity to be with a Japanese girl and would love to give it a shot. Unfortunately, I speak very little Japanese. I have a translation app but I doubt that will even get me in the door anywhere. lol

Is there a listing on this site for English speaking establishments or independent ladies? I would gladly pay for outcall to my hotel if that would be easiest? I've seen a few recommendations on this site for English but they seem to be very few and far between. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
