Confirming Reservation, No Japanese Number, Help!

hello all,

I’m in Tokyo for a week and I’ve been emailing back and forth with the mamasan at ND but I cannot confirm the booking without a Japanese phone number. The SIM card I have apparently only does data and the phone number it’s assigned to doesn’t work.

She emailed me saying that the only way to finish the booking is to go to a love hotel and check in. I planned on having my reservation Wednesday night, can I book a love hotel ahead of time? First experience doing something like this so I’m pretty lost.

You can go into the hotel and get a room first and then tell them what room you're in.
