There is a female that works at a hobby shop back in CO that I know, extremely hot, nerdy, intelligent, always chases after the the gym dude with the 6 pack, gets treated like crap type of deal. Never had a relationship that lasts longer then 3 months before said guy cheats on her. Never worked up the courage to ask her out, always seems happy to see me though.

For looks, i'm crushing hard on Atsushi from exile...

But i'd rather choose some fictional character with a bomb ass personality i think. Not an actor but actually a fictional person who is exactly like described in tv show or books. Then you know you can't go wrong because you know them so well.
Personality matters more to me than anything recently.
