I love how they have 'Oktoberfests' pretty much any time of the year. It's yet another socially acceptable excuse for Japanese folks to get piss drunk. I don't go to them anymore, since they are insanely expensive and I spend half my time waiting in line to get a beer.

No Oktoberfest without overcrowding, insane pricing and drunk people. The japanese version lacks unfriendly waitresses and the need to line up in front of the tents at 8 a.m. though.
