Enhanced Vs. Natural Boobs

Hi all,

I'm reading a lot about girls that would be on the chubby side (club regina for exemple) and I'm really tempted to give it a try since boob size is important to me.
I'm also very interested in www.pururungang.com (anyone knows if they accept Gaijins?) - Is this a soapland?
I'd be interested to know if I'm likely to find enhanced boobs instead of natural (the latter only being acceptable for me).

Any experience to share?

I think you'll find some natural big boobs in those places, the catch is that the rest of their body will also be big.

Pururu is a delivery health, they are foreign friendly if you can order in Japanese.

I guess, large boobs are not often attached to skinny women. Then it's all about finding the good compromise
Alas, my Japanese is too weak and I don't think I can order in Japanese (and be understood that is). I'll try anyway...
