Escort With Ascending Rates / How To Behave

Hi everyone,

I'm a p4p client with some experience, and I noticed recently that some escorts that I've met before had ascending rates.

This to a point where the rates are double (or even triple) compared to what they were before.

While I do want to meet again, I just can't keep up with the new rates.
I wonder how to behave properly and smoothly : does it make sense that I try to get lower rates as an early and well remembered client ?
Or reduce the duration of the meetings ?..
I have this voice in my head also saying that I'm just lost for the cause, simply not interesting anymore as a customer, and that I should move on to some new rising stars.

Maybe a trickier question also : while I understand and respect these new rates, I wonder if some escorts know (and/or care, even a little) that they might shy away some nice clientele in the process.

There are a few reasons for the increased rates:

1) Supply and demand. Those top notch providers can charge more because there are people who will still come back and if their service is really top notch, then that's a valid reason to increase rates.
2) Filtering out some of the lower quality clients (sorry, just a fact of the business)
3) Providers want to make more income over the time spent.

If people stop paying the higher rates, then obviously, the prices will level back down. However, this is unlikely... for the foreseeable future.

On the other hand, there have been some comments thrown around that someone who charges only 20-30,000 yen/hour, is a low quality provider... while this is true in some cases, it is not something I would chalk up to be the 'norm'.
 
@Blanka - There could be no harm in asking an escort politely if she will "grandfather" a previous client in at her old rates. She may well say "no", but you haven't lost anything by asking, and I certainly know of escorts agreeing (even offering unasked) to do this, especially for regulars.

I knew an escort in DC who used to charge previous clients her old rates for 6 months after any increase in her prices. She also announced in advance when she was going to increase her rates, thus motivating new customers to see her before the increase and get the old rate locked in for a while. The lady definitely had a head for business. She could also give head like nobody's business! ;)

I guess I take it a bit too seriously and should follow the basic rule : ask nicely and you get a nice (if not positive) answer.
 
If you are indeed a well-remembered and regular client, then I would be surprised if you aren't grandfathered. Many if not most providers vastly prefer having regulars for both stability of income and safety than having to find all new clients at a different price point.
