Foreign friendly BBJ suggestions

Hi. It's my last night in Tokyo and I'd like to find a foreign friendly BBJ less than 10k yen. I've combed through the pink salon reviews and know Jan Jan offers this but I'm not interested in obasans. Everything after that it seems are covered BJs. Do you have any recommendations?

Strawberry Jam Shinjuku branch is just over 10k. Gaijin friendly.

The Shibuya branch is more expensive.
