Although I want to see Kazuha again and test my luck, I am now aware 14000 can get you more service than just a HJ. Also the Japanese price is only 10000 for the same thing. I actually went back a week later and asked tenchou if he could do that Japanese price but he didn't budge so I left. I am Asian and can pass as a Japanese but maybe he remembers me when I paid full price.
