Yeah. It’s an extra 1000 yen.

But when compared to other similar Onakura shops their prices even with foreign fee aren’t so bad.

About 90% of them use outcall so you’re paying at least an extra 2k just for the room and all nude option is usually at least 3k in 90% of the places plus the base HJ fee of usually 5-6k. So by the time you’re done it’s usually slightly more than LH or the same.
