Narrative of the Encounter:
After being emboldened by the success of going to a massage place, I somehow find the courage to go to another service. This is in the same spot, but going here is difficult. There are too many foreign touts here at every 20-30 meters that pester you into going with their overpriced service. Take a non-direct route, to avoid all of them.

The service was off to a bad start, but once I arrived there, the process was a bit smoother. I spoke to the man behind the desk in English, and asked as well if it is possible to choose. I was shown three cards, with あめさん as the おすすめ from the Tencho. i then choose her and take the two options. This is a mistake, do not combine options or blindly follow Tencho suggestions.

Afterwards, I am led to the relaxation place by another younger guy, who does not speak any English. The touts become real silent at this part, and I was able to enter the place immediately. Upon entering the room, I was not given any prior instructions so I was not able to shower immediately, which is what should be done. The girl arrives while I am showering, and gladly, she does not start the timer the moment she arrives.

After finishing the shower, I get a closer look at あめさん. She is quite skinny, but it could probably work if that is your type. Then, in a mix of google translate and a bit of Japanese, we get off to an awkward start. She initially tried the nipple play option, but I pointed out to her that I also had the other one. This is where she tells me that it usually means only a single service. Service is passable, and as it is the C course, you can touch her on the upper body as well. Was finding it a bit difficult, so different positions were tried. You can try to ask here to change positions to suit you better. Use a Japan English intonation and she was able to understand. I was able to finish not with the other options, but with the HJ with oil. Was then cleaned up and then took a shower, with a mental note that there were around 17 minutes left of the 40 minutes. I was then allowed to leave early, and was escorted to the elevator with a complementary hug at the doors.

Review Independence: Was this review requested by the provider or service?:
No, this review was written without a request from the service or their provider.

Final Thoughts:
Recommended, Will not Repeat.

Closing Comments:
Reviews of the place from previous posts were positive, but I don't think this is for me. I should have just taken the other foreigner friendly soapland in the same building. This place could be a hit or miss, but, I think it can be recommended if you take the shorter course and without my mistakes.
P.S. Visibly carrying one of the powerbank chargers from Family Mart lessens interactions with annoying touts.

Thanks for your report!

Yeah, some services aren't always for everyone, but you did give it a try.

Curious about this, haha. Didn't expect to read that in a review.

I tried this place for the first time last week. I felt that the 40 min course was too long, I had to pad out the time by taking a pillow talk break. Also unfortunately the girl I shimei'd (ねお) did not look good with her mask off... Overall felt it was pricey for what I got but with cheaper 20 min option and a better looking girl it could be worth it. I agree with the OP that the service was mechanical and occasionally awkward, but I guess you can't expect too much out of these kinds of shops.

Registration was very smooth though, I like how you can walk-in and order and don't have to call in advance. They have zero issues with foreigners also. I've heard Unpretei is better but it sounds more complicated. Anyone have any thoughts?

Unrelated story: While we were in the rental room talking I heard a girl in another room SCREAM at the top of her lungs followed by the sounds of loud banging. I really hope that was just some extreme roleplay or something going on. The girl I was with didn't seem to pay it any mind. Kind of freaky.

That’s exactly what was going on.
People would absolutely, never ever use those private rooms to have loud, vacuous sex.

Unthinkable.

Shinjuku's touts are pretty relentless, especially if one is alone at that area. The advice I have heard from here and from friends is to not follow them at all, as it mostly leads to scams, etc. and apparently, the more out of place you look, the less they bother you. The language tests are in the store anyway, so it has made it easier to enter stores this way.

Oh, we're well aware... but they are indeed relentless. And yeah, do not follow them, ever.
Depending on the day, looking more out of place could draw more attention.... like sharks circling prey.
I walk the same streets fairly often and at around the same time on each visit, so they've learned that I won't even acknowledge their existence.

Touts will never touch you. You just need to say ”大丈夫です" without altering your speed and course, and without watching them. Doing the shark sign if they are close may also help.

As for Lovely Hand, I've been several times, and it's a hit or miss. I think that a good option is to go with C with CBJ at most and, if you happen to find a good provider, rebook with her and add more options.

The problem is that providers don't tend to stay very long working for this shop.

Thanks for the detailed review.

You’re absolutely right about the annoying touts. As you said, don’t use the Main Street connected to the Robot Restaurant. It’s full of touts who’ll harass you on your way there. Thankfully they’re not present during the weekday afternoons.

You’re supposed to shower as soon as you get in but yeah… it’s hard to know that. Usually I shower quickly and wait on the bed and get down to business as soon as she comes in.

The options seem really fun but depending on the girl they can be a waste of money. The last time I went to LH I had an amazing time because the girl was awesome but you definitely need more Japanese to allow for smoother transitions between the different options.

I heard banging when I went there as well. I joked with the girl I was with that someone was going for some extreme play but she said we don't do that here! But they do I guess lol.

Wait, what exactly is the "shark sign"? I'm assuming this is some Japanese gesture and not what scuba divers use

While still walking, I usually look at them and do the "cut it out" sign that's like the "you're fired/kubi" sign in Japan while shaking my head no hopefully with a face they read as "I know you're working, but you're wasting time on me, best look for another customer/mark". Except for one case, it's usually a nod from them and they go back. If you look indecisive then you give them hope they can make you decide on them.

Earphones/headphones help. It won’t stop the most diehard of touts but it usually ends the one-sided conversations faster when it is clear I am not going to remove them. And yeah walking with a purpose is good too.

I assume the shark sign is the infamous oyaji salaryman gesture of a one handed karate chop when passing through a crowded area. Usually while the dude is saying nothing in the ways of an apology and just being a dick.

Or, perhaps it’s the shark’s fin gesture trademarked by LL Cool J. And did you know LL Cool J is short for Ladies Love Cool James? And now you know. And knowing is half the battle…

This is the Japanese "passing through sign" that is used to ask people to move away when walking through a crowded space:

If you combine it with a bow, it becomes the signature "salaryman shark sign" you see all the time in the metro during rush hour.

Wow! Life is a continuous learning process - I didn't know it had an actual name. It's a tiny bit funny because near where I live, there were six shark attacks during the Summer. Luckily, there were no serious injuries. Although, when you think about it, a shark bite is going to hurt more than a mosquito bite or a dog bite.

Germans have a similar practice of doing the "shark sign" while insincerely saying "Bitte. Bitte."

Just do what Japanese girls do when avoiding nanpa. Head down, brisk walk, slightly angry incredulous expression, and no indication that you’ve noticed the tout.

Honestly, I just ignore them and they give up immediately. It’s the people who make eye contact or reply that get hounded. Just walk like you belong there and have a destination in mind.

Works all the time most of the time.

But still I almost managed to get in to a wrestling match with one of them after he followed me down for two blocks and then when I still didn't answer anything asked "didn't your mother teach you it's polite to answer to people?".

I told them my mom especially warned me about talking to scum like him after which two of his friends had to get him off me. :D
