Interesting she just changed her name and she actually mentions she won't be posting pics showing her whole face anymore. Seems like she's planning to work less days with priority given to her regulars. Sounds like it might be rough getting a res moving forward.

Indeed, per her Twitter, it looks like she's only going to be working sparsely (roughly once a week), and new customers can only make reservations on the Wednesday before if her slots aren't filled or have to hope for a cancellation. Considering she sold out instantly basically every month she was at the shop, seems very hard for newcomers to get a slot now.
