Narrative of the Encounter:
After having bad experience in pink saloon as stated in previous review, i think might as well blow the rest of my trip money for SL.

Drags my ass to Ikebukuro station and walk to Marine Blue. Confused where to go in, i went for the big door and said i am gaijin, with little japanese skill. Tenchous are talking too fast for me to comprehend and i apologize and got out. I really thought the way to 5th floor are inside the building, turns out it was beside the main door. I almost got back but luckily finds the elevator.

Went up and greeted with another set of tenchous, (more friendly than main but tenchous at 1st are not that rude compared to some reviews, maybe i am just lucky). And i said again i am gaijin, japanese skill is sukoshi. Got offered several girls, but nothing that i particularly like(short slim girls). Tenchou offers me shiori, saw the height as 150cm and thought yea might as well whatever(newbie mistake i guess, should have just say sorry, thank you and bail out). Paid 16k plus 2k gaijin tax for one hour(should have just 40 mins, clouded judgement.) and escorted to the waiting room. As i go i saw the measurement for hip is 58, i thought "at least please dont be fat"(again, newbie mistake, i was so nervous that my thought process stopped).

Get called and she greets me in the stairs, first impression was short, ok check. Not that slim, yeah sure my bad wcyd. She got hime cut and i assume she was at late 20s because of the wrinkles around the eyes. Got into the room(1/3 bed, 2/3 bath) and having small talk then she told me to undress, then she undress. When i saw her naked i might or might not regret my decision but i paid so lets just go with it
She has okay ish figure when standing, but when she bends down to wash me, she has fat flabs on her stomach(it is preference thing). Washes me then bathtub after with nothing going on, not even touched. Went up and getting dried then to the bed. The whole experience is can be said lackluster, though it was my bad, japanese skill are not on par. But kiss? Just light kiss with occasional tounge. Nipple licking, mind you she not even touching my dick even once except when washing up. I guide her hand to my dick and she just touching it. Idk if that counts as HJ but man.

Ask her to give me BJ, she just suck the tip and i thought lets just get over with it, capped and she goes CG, not feeling anything, no sounds at all. Ask to switch so i can feel more. Missionary, at least i moves my dick more then get out some small moans from her. Needless to say, cum with 18 mins left on the clock. She cleans me up and we talk about stuffs, just to waste time. 5 mins on the timer i asked if am i allowed to get clothed and go, she says yes and we got clothed then went up. Greeted again by tenchou and said please come back.

Review Independence: Was this review requested by the Soapland?:
No, this review was written without a request from the Soapland or their provider.

Final Thoughts:
Recommended, May Repeat.

Closing Comments:
Well i might be back next year after polishing my japanese, first tokyo SL experience but wcyd. Osaka's SL caters more to foreigner so maybe will go there till i feel my japanese are on par.

Got 3 days left on the trip, maybe gonna try lovehands/ yshirt/iwakaba/ idol kenkyusei depending on where i go.

I am taking this experience as a Draw, not a W nor an L. Also apologize for bad formatting or wording.

Thanks for your review submission!

She isn't virgin. She's just not good provider.

I'm surprised you can go to another reception by the elevator beside the 1/F reception?..

Hoten and annex are same building; 1F is Hoten, elevator up to 5F is annex.
North exit is a different building closer to the station that you probably passed to get to honten/annex.

The owner keeps buying different shops and combining them. He also bought the Shinjuku former robot restaurant. You can tell he owns it because all his shops have horrendously loud bright signage.

even the robot resto? but the name is different?

Yeah he owns a bunch of different soap, kyaba, restaurants…he’s a serial business buyer. Apparently pays CASH, gets a bargain, then uses his extensive network of suppliers and staff to run efficiently and crank up profits with little debt.

I went to Marine Blue Honten and was turned away because my Japanese wasn’t good enough. I was able to get into Happiness before but it really depends on the day and the tencho that is working. So I walked up to the annex on the 5th floor and they only gave me the option of Shiori which I knew was not good based on other reviews on here. It seemed like they all knew she wasn’t a great provider because I decided to leave rather than to accept her and so they know they are giving you something that isn’t good because you’re a foreigner. I may try back tomorrow in the morning and see if they let me in. I figure Sunday’s they have a lot of local regulars that you’re competing with so possibly on a weekday might be more lenient and allow me to choose another provider? Otherwise I may have to take a trip to Yokohama where I know a soapland that caters to foreigners but is a little pricier.

Happiness is an unrelated group with different policies.

Don't just automatically assume racism. Each girl has their own criteria for accepting foreign customers - which includes language ability. There were no other girls available who would take your low level of Japanese. It's not a case of pawning off the low performers on foreigners, it's a case of which girls will accept you. And the lower your Japanese ability, the lower that number gets.
I may try back tomorrow in the morning and see if they let me in.
WTF is wrong with you? You were turned away because your Japanese isn't good enough. Don't go back and try again (especially the next damned day...). All you accomplish is pissing them off.

I think it is always a bit unfair to assume that they will only show their most unpopular girls out of pure racism. It is just unwise to go to a soaplands on a Sunday without an appointment. People have the day off so ALL popular girls will be fully booked and only newcomers and unpopular girls will have open slots if there are any rooms available at all.

I can tell you for a fact that Marine Blue has very few women who will see foreigners and even fewer who will see them with little / no Japanese language ability. Airi is possibly the only one and she only works 3 days a week, typically Wed - Fri.

You got Shiori because she was the only one available (because she’s not so popular) and the only one willing to see you.

Next time so some homework and try to book someone directly / ahead of time. Otherwise spin the wheel and complain when it’s not exactly what you wanted.

Otherwise I may have to take a trip to Yokohama where I know a soapland that caters to foreigners but is a little pricier.
The answer is there!

Done a few walkins and was always prepared to loose, sometimes I did but most times I didn't. It's always a gamble!

I wonder if he is talking about a gaijin NG shop that allows him or he has been able to sneak into if he's going to be vague like that

Definitely.

Given Sundays or weekends are busier days. Popular providers will be sold out. Walking in on a weekend is a terrible idea. You'll definitely get the more unpopular girls. Aside from this, not all providers allow foreign customers. Some even stipulate that if its a foreigner, they have to speak Japanese. Its not racism per say. Try booking in advance with the store or directly with your preferred provider.

Maybe a bit more expensive by 2k yen? I'd research shops that accept foreigners with zero or low level Japanese. There are several in Yoshiwara such as the famous Y-shirt. Yokohama has several shops which I personally frequent. Yet not all providers see foreigners or non-Japanese speaking foreigners. Its still best to do research and ask the shops.

I wouldn't even have the balls to try and walk-in a shop known to require Japanese proficiency for foreigners (given my poor language capability)

Damn, I just reserved her because I thought she looked cute and the reviews on CH were not so bad. I should have checked here first.

I guess I’ll still go and see for myself. I’ve had only good experiences in Marine Blue so far, but I speak Japanese fluently so that might make some difference.
