Disclaimer : This is my first SL experience ever so my opinion might be biased.
After having planned to spend a couple of days in Fukuoka I learned about the general principles behinhd P4P scene in Japan, so I looked into gathering some details about the SL offer before my trip since it seemed Nakasu was a good place, conveniently reached and with multiple options.
Thus I extensively browsed the cityheaven international website (chn) as well as some other listings (for instance all those registered on purelovers) and decided that my target was a maximum budget of 40k.
I had compiled a short list of foreigner-friendly places that would possibly welcome me among them and thought that the "easiest" ones to deal with would probably be from the IMADOKI group (either Chan, Mat MAX or Nurse) as these 3 all had English instructions on their website (that would be convienient to refer to if need be).
On a sunny late morning after having checked beforehand that shops were open I set out.
I was prepared to tour the neighborhood should I be denied entry from my selection but first stop proved to be good enough.
I entered the establishment and quickly was able to spot the staff -2 men waiting behind the counter-. My Japanese is limited, even more so that I rarely ever use it to speak, but right then I trusted myself enough to go on with it as long as I could (and in the end it turned out I did not have to resort to English as I had feared initially).
So I greeted them, asked if they were okay with a gaijin, was given a nod and they promptly was told by the tencho (I guess) that Juri was my only option. It was not a problem for me as I had verfied the cast planning and knew that only 2 providers were working that early in the day (I would have been fine with either of them based on their profile).
Good surprise : after confirming that I was interested I was presented with a paper sheet detailing the list of offered courses and it seems that I managed to avoid an extra tax as everything was cheaper than the limited menu on their foreigners webpage (60min ￥30,000 / 80min ￥37,000 / 100min ￥41,000 adverstised there, see https://imadoki-nurse.net/foreigners_eng/). There were 3 types of courses with different durations (a choice of 3 or 4 different durations) and I remember basically picking the middle one (not the cheapest type of course nor 60min as I deemed it too short).
I paid 32k total, was given a ticket with my number and was told I could go upstairs to the waiting room.
First thing I noticed there was another customer busy filling out a paper form (probably asking him his preferrences) who seemed surprised to see me and shyed away from my glance as I silently aknowledged him. We stayed together for probably 5 minutes before he was called for his appointment, was asked to unsmask (as he was wearing one), to take a look at the security camera and was reminded all the rules he needed to abide by thanks to a poster on the wall compiling everything mentioned on their website (like the fact that taking pictures is forbidden, etc.).
It was blazing hot in there (perhaps 10°C more than oustide) and the smell of soapy water (like the one you can get when you visit the changing room of a public swimming pool minus chlorine) was strong and strange but exciting as a SL first-timer.
There were manga available to read, a drink foutain, as well as a kit to trim your nails (I did not need to use it as I had made sure I was well groomed before going).
I waited maybe 10 more minutes alone before being called and was also asked to take a look at the poster. The man who picked me up seemed worried at first that I was not understanding any of it (which was true as there were lots of hard to read kanji) but I managed to tell him that I was well aware of the dos and don'ts thanks to the English instruction page I showed on my phone.
We went back downstairs to reach my assigned room and I was greeted by Juri in her nurse costume (coat, hat, and fake stethoscope).
Now about the review part : her photos on the website are somewhat faithful to what you get. Maybe there is a slight photoshop to widen her eyes but her body is accurate (slender but not too thin). Her teeth on the other hand were a bit disappointing (think the mouth of an average girl next door you may see in Japan), they were not horrible in any way but I guess a really clean smile would have added a charisma point instead of taking from it. My first SL experience was satisfying, not entirely, but maybe due to lack of chemistry between me and the provider, maybe because she is not used to handle gaijins or would have been more comfortable with someone speaking way better Japanese than I do (our communication was simple but I think we managed to avoid any misunderstanding/were able to convey the essential for the course to unfold).
Juri is no bombshell but she has definitely got some potential and she was pleasant all session long as well as accomodating (though shy).
I have got nothing wrong to report about the staff, they were professional in and out.
I would not necessarily repeat if given the opportunity but I was happy overall with what I got (as now the idea is rather to find something that echoes more my expectation of GFE in SL).
