Hi, im just a cheap ass student.
long story short, i just got betrayed by my fiance in my country and now i need sex to cool off.

Plenty of options in the reviews section for less than 25,000, just look around. You can get multiple pops for 25k inc LH. Uguisudani, Gotanda etc. and you don't even need much JP skill.

Sorry, that's the purpose of the reviews, and without a clue of what you think is "good enough" then it's going to be impossible for someone to recommend anyone. Maybe give some criteria of what you think is good, age, nationality etc.

Ummm...

The usual practice is either coming to your hotel/room or using a love hotel in Shinjuku or Shibuya.

For love hotels - usually there's a meeting spot near by and then walk to a hotel after that. (Girls know and suggest a hotel - which you'll have to pay for separately)

Yeah, Saitama is bit off the beaten path but at least you should have easy access into the city unless you're in the countryside of Saitama. :p
