My friends (no japanese language skills) are here in Tokyo for New Years and I was wondering if anybody knew of any interesting new years eve parties that were going on? Or if anyone knew of any good gaijin friendly girls bars that we could go to?

We ended up in Shibuya, which was absolutely full of Gaijin, including me and my friends. A good place to spend NYE if you want to have a Gaijin party XD.
