Pasha Gran - New Hotel in Ueno, Opens Today (10/24/2022)

I stopped by the new Pasha Gran hotel yesterday in Ueno and snapped some pics before they opened today:

Hmm? While I'm not in Ueno often, I've been there more often recently since others have wanted to meet in the general area.
If I'm there, usually it would be attributed to a meeting or for some specific items in shopping areas...

Fun Fact: The new Pasha hotel is right next door to where Thai Diamond massage shop is. You pass by the stairs going up to their shop just before you reach the Pasha entrance.

Wasn't there some law about not being allowed to build new love hotels? Or maybe cities not approving the construction?

The law is related to certain areas where they can be built. The Ueno area where this Pasha is located has other hotels already.
It's there, so there you go.
