Don't really have any info on Tokyo VIP... they are certainly cheaper than [Redacted #67].
As for [Redacted #67] - You're guaranteed companionship and a massage of sorts. They don't seem to have a routine to follow... as for FS, it's of course not included and anything you negotiate with your companion privately, is of course done privately. If you're going to offer a tip on top of what you're paying already, we'd love to know what the final damage was and if you were successful.
OTOH, I've also been told that people are comfortable talking about some of these places in public. We do have a non-public information sharing area that you can submit info into later.
