Reservation On Am

Hi,

I am travelling to Osaka soon and I would like to try the service from the famous AM. However, this is my first time and I was wondering how do you call in and reserve, is the one receiving the call understands English? And is it viable using public phone (as I will not be having any phone number during my travel in Japan).
