Hi fellow TAGgers,

I've been lurking abit on these forums prior to my visit to Tokyo (I am only free 21-24 June) - and finally have a rare chance to indulge in the P4P market in Japan.

A little bit of background on myself - I am from South East Asia and am experienced in the P4P scene. However, with next to nil Japanese language skills, I think it will alot tougher this being my maiden visit to Japan.

I know I know - I've done some research on these forums, and yes being a gaijin I could still make it work with some places/girls, but time is of the essence and I need to maximize the limited time I have there. Would be eternally greatful if someone could give me a helping hand while I'm there!

If anyone here is up for visiting a few soaplands together and possibly organise a delivery health session or two, let me know! Might even shout you a round or two :)

What is wrong with you?

Stick to the places that are reviewed here as being friendly to people who do not speak Japanese.

If anyone here is up for visiting a few soaplands together
No. Japanese establishments do NOT appreciate groups of foreigners. Mongering in Japan is generally a solitary affair.

organise a delivery health session or two
Anyone that would use their phone number to make arrangements for you risks getting banned by the shop.

And seriously - so you make it past the booking thanks to some fool - what are you going to do when a girl who doesn't speak English shows up at the door and you can't talk to her? She's not going to appreciate it one damned bit. Most likely scenario is she gets the cash from you using google translate and then leaves.

So once again.....

Stick to the places that are reviewed here as being friendly to people who do not speak Japanese.

Did I hit a nerve? If so I apologise.

Please understand that the introduction section of the forum probably contains people who have never experienced the P4P scene in Japan.

Thanks for the tip - so I am basically limited to the gaijin friendly places :)

We're just all here to share & contribute information for the same hobby, have no intention of upsetting you :)

I’m new too, but have lived here a long time, so I can see both sides to this.

You’re looking for a guide to help you maximize your experience and are happy to share your time and hard earned cash with others who can help you do this. This makes sense because you don’t live here yet recognize it’s a difficult and complicated situation.

The way in which you envision this happening went into the message and that’s what caused you to strike nerves.

Clearly there’s some no-no’s that can cause the locals problems in the short term and long term, so best to ask for help generally and when you receive it, reciprocate generously and behave responsibly and respectfully.

I thought my message was pretty friendly! Clearly not!

I'd like to think I am a very generous person and respectful person - so any advise by the experienced folk on TAG is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your input on the matter, the only reason I posted this is because another member on this thread 'Skills - LF Wingman/Guide for Tokyo Kyoto and Osaka' posted a message asking for help and it was reciprocated.

I probably screwed up on the part about asking for help with delivery health though - hence causing the angry reaction by Sudsy. I understand now that its a big no-no to get someone to arrange a deriheru for me.

It is exactly as I said. In the post you referenced, the player in question asked for a guide or wing man. He didn’t specify “situations.” Hope this helps.

I get how you triggered sudsy there.
Even I would have been triggered but I generally just lay back and chill out, I'm too lazy to care about a new guy and lets him get chewed out by the others here.

Saying that you have done research but asking the same questions which have been asked over and over and over again.

You have next to no Japanese skills, which could mean you can't be bothered to try learning even though the number 1 thing everyone keeps saying is LEARN FUCKING JAPANESE, or at least the basics so that you at least wouldn't get screwed over, this is generally for your own good and not to get you through the door.
You have about a month before 21 June. Use it.

Asking for a wingman to bring you to soaplands, I won't repeat what sudsy said, its gonna be the same shit.
What he said is far from the worse which can be thrown at you :)

Yeah. Learn basic Japanese! One month, and you too can say これは鉛筆です. That will solve all your ills.

The guy is trying. You are not. Not that you are obligated to, but you’re not. And if that sits fine with you then ok. But I think the essence of this site is to share experience not to attack everyone with less experience. I get that there’s many times certain things that have been said but I also know that I still have 20,000+ (no joke) threads I haven’t read through. It’s a daunting task. Can provide a screen shot of aforementioned number if you don’t believe, jaded friends.

There is a difference between sharing experiences and expecting to be spoonfed.

It’s a daunting task. Can provide a screen shot of aforementioned number if you don’t believe, jaded friends.

You are talking to the people who went through those experiences and then wrote them up and you say reading them is hard work?

If reading the reviews and picking up the ones that say speaking just English was fine then maybe visit a country where the industry is focused on foreigners; Thailand and Philippines are an easy flight away.

These days I have a different approach to this.

One: If you want advice and can go it alone I am happy to help. I can point out girls AND websites and have done so in numerous places on this forum. @Cinnabums our emperor-fakkuboi-in-training also consistently and constantly links his reviews and content together to provide viable information.

There is no reason to read 20,000 threads. Make a plan that you think will work based off of the very specific information that has been repeatedly shared, and then just take a fucking risk like each and every one of us here did. Then report your findings and contribute to the community and folks will be more open-minded.

Two: I’m okay with the spoonfeeding if there is something in it for me. Indeed if you ”shout out a round for me” I’m your man.

(That noted, since @deadpool8118 is Southeast Asian I know a place in Yoshiwara we can visit that we can use which white boyz can’t.)

Definitely not expecting to be spoonfed - more like an exchange of wealth for guidance (a shortcut if you would call it). Thought it was a fair deal but now I am going to do more research and learn Japanese instead! Seriously considering putting aside responsibilities to focus on the task at hand. Nothing is more important than my cock!

Might have to take up your offer on this!

To be fair, ‘might’ didn’t sound like a sure thing.

Perhaps I’m too cynical but it sounds like a carrot dangled in front of someone to get something you want only to disappear or reneg afterwards. Maybe not your intention but it is how I read that line in the first post.

I think we’ve all been a bit hard on @deadpool8118 here…so welcome to TAG!

I think culturally it’s important to understand that most shops will require limited Japanese, not necessarily because they are nazis (although that exists as well) but because it’s really hard for them to communicate with you and it can really stress out the girl. I have had girls almost seize up when we met (I was their first foreigner) and I had to work hard to make them feel at ease. At the end we laughed about it but she’d tell me how nervous she was at the beginning.
Heck, you even have high end sushi restaurants that have an “Annex” or “Second Counter” where they seat all the foreigners because it puts so much pressure on the sushi chef if he can’t communicate with you.

So, that being said, Tokyo is a huge city and there are plenty of foreigner-friendly options. Most of them have been reviewed extensively on TAG and sticking to those places will maximise your time.

For soaplands, if you can invest a day of work I’d read up some reviews on TAG, go on the Cityheaven website for each shop, check out the girls you like and message them on Twitter to make a booking - they’ll tell you in case they don’t take foreigners right away.
If you don’t have time to do that, take a stroll through Yoshiwara on the day and let the touts show you who’s available. I have done that on multiple occasions, about 25% chance to step on a landmine but sometimes you just don’t have time for prior research.
Despite what was said earlier, you absolutely can go with a buddy, I have been offered discounts for booking two girls at once.

For delivery, there is a really well reviewed shop in Shinjuku with an English website and big Foreigner Welcome signs, no fake phonecalls required. I’m sure you’ll find it on TAG after about 2min of searching.

For HE massage, most shops are in Chinese or Thai hands and welcome foreigners. They have big signs out at night in the busy areas and you can just walk in.

Regardless of time length, every single play you make is a risk with undeterminable returns.

The girl may look amazing in the photo, but photoshop magic can turn a frog into a princess.
Even in fucking Tobita, despite seeing the girl face to face you risk meeting a dud.
Then you might walk into a health shop where they can only offer you a mystery girl, and it turns out she is practically a clone of Ami Tokita and will give you FS for no upcharge.

Might have to take up your offer on this!
Send me a PM.

Also, since it was brought up in this thread I want to point out the difference between zero Japanese and basic Japanese greetings and the scale of difference of service for it: If you can at least give basic greetings, say thank you, and introduce yourself, you have put in the effort to learn a little bit of Japanese. This is a culture that admires effort and painstaking, so even if your Japanese ability is a travesty it is STILL better than non-existent...and it certainly goes leagues beyond arriving here like a fucking oaf who felt too self-important to look into the culture before crash landing on pussy. Even the 10 phrases you can memorize on that 16 hour hell flight from fucking Chicago is better than nothing. Every single word you CAN say counts - so regardless of the short period of time, decrease your overall risk and cost, grab a Duo Lingo or some shit and try to absorb as much as you can before you come here.

To be honest, I’m so lazy I just read the thread’s title and for a second I thought the OP is an actual virgin treating virginity as a hobby to be enjoyed with other virgins. I was thinking wow whatever that is, must be fun, but sadly I can’t partake. Then I passed out in the taxi driving me back home after two many mean cocktails…

Actually, I can’t disagree with this at all. Any Japanese is better than no Japanese language skills.
