In my home country it is very cheap to buy travel insurance. I can get 1-year travel insurance for about 5,000 yen. In Japan I always buy travel insurance at https://web.hs-sonpo.co.jp but it is only for 1 trip (2,000 yen for 7 days). Does anyone know if there is a "cheap" 1-year multi trip insurance in Japan?

I have joined the national health insurance. I meant travel insurance when I go on holiday from Japan to another country.
