Single M32 from Germany here. I already checked online, fetlife and other resources, but I can’t seem to find good places to go to.

Someone has a recommendation or actually wants to join me?

Do you speak Japanese? If no, then you are limited to bar Voluptuous or The colors.
Do you live in Japan or just traveling? If no, then you are limited to basically Voluptuous.

If you do speak Japanese quite well I can suggest other bars as well.

No dress code.
Usually more locals than foreigners.
If a japanese girl takes you as a couple(meaning you stay together) then yes there are bars that would allow you as a tourist. There are even some escorts that do this for customers.
