Im only in Japan for a couple of days and wanted to visit a SL or get an escort. Wondering if the lesions I have in my inner thighs would make this a bad idea. Attached the photos below. Warning, might be gross to look at. I’m a virgin in literally everything so definitely not an STD. They’re most likely from walking and sitting on the toilet for too long. Thoughts? I don’t want to ruin anything for anyone. None of them are open, just warm to the touch.

I’m definitely leaning on the side of not going, but second opinion would be much appreciated

I don't think those are from either sitting on the toilet too long (lol) or from walking unless your legs really rub together a lot?

I get some heat rash in summer on my inner thighs from my scrote rubbing on my legs (which is unfortunate), and it doesn't look like that.

I'd skip the P4P and go to a dermatologist and see what's up. I think I'd just be too self conscious to go engage in P4P in your situation.

Yea it could definitely be something else, I’m just going with the most simple explanation. And I am a fairly overweight guy, so could be a combination of different things. I don’t think I would be self conscious but would definitely feel bad for the provider. Also if it’s contagious then that would just be completely f’d on my part. It’s just unfortunate that I probably won’t be back in a couple of years at least. This is what I get for poor planning lol

That looks like jock itch. I got it when I was in bed a few days with COVID. I recommend the anti-fungal soap Pyro-Ace ピロエース.

I have had similar chafing after some 25-30k step days last November and never had anyone question it during a session or even give it a second look. I rehearsed saying '摩擦しました' in case anyone questioned it. I have no idea if 摩擦 is the actual term used in Japan for it but it's what I found on the jisho web dictionary for chafing and I never got a chance to find out.

I have similar chafing over my chest/shoulder area from lifting with a shirt on all the time. I've personally never heard anyone complain about it.

Thank you all for the responses! I think I will go for it because I don’t know when I’ll be back, if ever. Just hope they’re not too grossed out about it and will probably leave a fat tip lol even though that’s a little strange too

Even if it's nothing you should see a dermatologist soon.
I had a similar rash at one of my shins once....didn't go away by itself so I went to see a doctor. Got some steroid cream as treatment and it was gone within a week.

Definitely will do, I’ve been slacking on my health for a while so this is a good start

Doesn’t look like STDs. Looks like pimples or just a product of poor hygiene. You should be good to play around and enjoy.

While we have a crotchrot thread going, any tips to avoid heat rash patches on the legs from scrote rub when it becomes humid? Typically superficial light red patches that clear up in a few days with cortisone, but that's if you aren't continuing to walk in the heat. Best suggestions to avoid altogether to begin with? I suppose coating your legs and scrote with vaseline is an option, but that seems pretty nasty to do in the summer.

I used to wear compression shorts when I played tennis to avoid it, it helped.

Baby powder. Just don't apply in the same room as black clothing.
