If she offers that to me then the obvious reason is not just 1) but she has fallen madly in love with the BO and wants to have it inside of her to fill the void of her life with love, understanding and pure lust.

My rule is to meet them outside of the shop only after they have quit working in that shop I met them. Because I am a honest and pure person and don't want to pee on the shop's breakfast cereals.

And maybe also because the girls that have proposed to meet me outside the shop have this far left the shop before or not been so hot that I wouldn't have been able to resist.

I once had visited a certain shop and a certain girl at least half a dozen times but never got to FS. But I continued visiting because she was really hot. Then a friend from overseas came to visit and asked me to introduce him to a good place.

What if a guy is not historically know as handsome or charming, but is presented with such a case? It casts a lot of doubt or fear of manipulation.

You will never know until is too late if the girl is good at manipulate men. She probably have tried it many times and get better at it. It could also be sincere, just enjoy what there is to enjoy. If you can make it last more than 6 months you can start thinking with your head.

I agree with this whole heartedly. Sometimes I think they have met enough guys to immediately categorize you and tweak their strategy accordingly.

Except they are human themselves and susceptible to being categorized as well (needs a guy who is mature, non-judgmental, easy to talk to, and makes her laugh).
