How safe are STD/STI risks in Tokyo P4P (pay for play?); mainly unprotected oral

If for example, one was to get an infection on their junk from BBBJ, or in their mouth/throat from going down on the girl, and then confronted by their significant other, what's a good excuse to downplay what went on?
Would Sumata, or HJ with some saliva, be plausible?

Considering to take the dive in on my next visit, but want to think it through.

Does your significant other check your medical records? There are bacterial infections down there that are not related to sti. Same for your throat. The trouble arises if you potentially infected your significant other and need to inform her.

Does it really matter in such case, if it's because of a bj or a hj?

I was more intrigued about the benefits of trying to claim he had sumata and not BJ. How plausible would it be to be forgiven for the former but not the latter? "Honey, it was not even in!" .

Essentially any act where bodily fluids can be transferred is a potential means to catch STD. See previously linked thread about discussions of likelihood...
