Rare footage taken of a sick crazy man rubbing women's asses on the street. He attacks multiple women, including a maid cafe staff, a mother with a child, and a young student.

The footage at 0.47 is the best shot of this. It's also crazy how he intentionally rams his shoulder into a businessman walking by.



This doesn't just happen on crowded trains, so be careful out there.

Word of advice: If you see this and feel inclined to inflict some Batman-style justice on him,
don't let anything link back to you. If the police find you, you will be in a very precarious position.
 
shit... how no one makes noise baffles me.. the maid staff that got molested literally got seen by the few people she was interacting with, and he still did it to the woman right after that in front of that staff member.

just report this shit to the police, you have video evidence

Well, you can hear the guy filming chuckling and saying things like "Woah! He touchd her ass!"

He had no intention of stopping it and wanted to get all of this on film to post on twitter later.
That's how this vid when viral.

More like after filming it. That's the point we're trying to make.
Is it better to let him victimize a lot of people and get more proof,
or stop it after one person and save other women the harassment?

I guess this guy called the police fairly quickly after witnessing the ongoing incident. Then he started filming it, hoping it would become the evidence. However, the police just gave the molester a caution and didn't arrest him. He then uploaded the footage on his twitter account which went viral locally last year, and was taken up by a news show recently. I would like to praise this guy who chased the molester and filmed his rampage on the street though the police obviously didn't request him to submit the video. He did as much as he could even if it would be seen as the second or third best action. It's brave enough.

Key word being "guess." We don't really know the timeline of events or the intentions of the filmer. He was laughing while doing it, though.

Word of caution to those who want to think the best and give immediate praise.

What exactly do you want the filming guy to do? The big fat chikan dude is pretty heavy set. Id think twice about confronting him, he’s clearly ‘not all there in the head’ and doesnt give a shit about anyone else so id assume he could get violent pretty easily. I dunno anything about the video-taker but statistically speaking he is likely to be smaller and way less of a psycho than the chikan. Why should he risk actually physical harm and / or a lengthy police interview etc just to stop some dude grabbing butts?
Perhaps filming was the best he had to offer...

You guessed and I guessed.

I don't think the filmer was laughing. What he kept on saying was "yabai" in a sober low voice which in this context means "he is dangerous." The phone's microphone took up the voices of many persons on the street, including a woman saying "he (the molester) is touching hips". The laughing could come from a guy on the street who had nothing to do with the filmer.

Young people often use the term "yabai" like a surfer dude uses the term "Woah!" It expresses some bit of humor, so he is finding the situation amusing to some extent. If he had used the term "いけない ikenai" or "あかん akan", I wouldn't be aruguing you on this point.

“Yabai” implies “something/someone is being beyond/out of the common order.” While its primary meaning is “dangerous”, it naturally means “extraordinary” or one of its synonyms such as incredible, remarkable, great. Thus, the meaning of “yabai” is determined by the thing or person that is being out of/betond the common order. In this case, the molester is out of the common order, obviously, and what he meant is “this guy is dangerous.”.

Just watched it again this time with sound. I dont get the impression that the person filming it is laughing at the situation at all.
