While it's illegal by the word of the law, it's not what you're paying for. Whatever happens between two adults in the privacy of their own room is up to them.

The only time I've seen get people hosed for non-ITB was people agreeing to sex on street (a big no no) and sometimes a sex party.
Japanese shops will follow the rules and tell you no sex... but like Soaplands, everybody knows that regular sex happens, everybody....

Oh okay. I'm in japan currently and looking for a good place that is Gajin friendly and has good services at soapland. I dont speak japense

Read the entire post - I was referring to sex solicitation on a public street & private orgy parties getting busted on an occasion.
