Hi guys. I decided to try Manami since there are so many rave reviews. I made a reservation after a few changes because my schedule wasnt fixed and was worried I cant book in time. But i finally made a reservation at 10pm the next day and I made a promise to not change anymore. However, an hour plus before meeting i told the manager i got lost and need 30 more mins to reach by train so I asked if its ok to make it at 1030pm. The manager said ok. So when we finally met and RIGHT after I passed the money, the manager told me she got another appointment and need to go off in 15mins. And said i promise to meet at 10pm so the service end at 1045 technically.WTF?
I asked her why did you say its ok to meet 30mins later then? And she said thats because if she told me she have another appointment, i will end up cancelling. I was furious and said you cant assume what a customer would do and not let him know the consquences. She kept saying I would have cancel and I said I could have taken a taxi back if I needed to and would have save more money and enjoy the service instead of paying for nothing IF you told me about this? I even argued what if i wanted an extension and willing to pay? She couldnt answer. So when I finally shut down all her reasoning, she THREATEN me instead!
She said she will send someone to my room to 'talk' to me. I said even if your staff come, he(notice how i try to hint if its a guy) is not going pay me back right? He is just here to threaten and warn me right? Then she kept quiet again. So I knew thats what she planned to. I pretended I didnt know japanese but I could tell Manami didnt wanted this based on her conversation on the phone with the manager. She even ask the manager if its ok to carry on. She said she didnt know about me asking if i could postpone the session 30mins later. Obviously the manager was lying to her as well. Then, we switched to using the hotel phone since Manami needed to leave, she hung up the moment she left the room and refuse to reply my mails or calls. Tell me if I should pursue this matter or not. I really wanna threaten to call the police on them. Manami was understanding and I have nothing against her but this manager has a very bad attitude dont you all agree?
