Maintenance 1/24/2017 - Maintenance Notice & Known Issues

[TAG Manager]

We will be conducting maintenance on the TAG website tomorrow, January 25, 2017, starting from 11:00 AM JST.

We will addressing a number of items that have been identified:

• Upload/Attach Files/Images to Messages (Private & Public) - Error Message: File too big.
• Caching System Crashes, Results in slow page responses and a poor user experience
• Device Image Issues - Icons, Bookmarks, Shortcuts and Tiles still are not working as designed.
• Other system issues and misc. cleanup

Additionally, we had closed the 'Bookmarks' function due to lack of use. However, it appears a few people were actually using it on a regular basis, therefore:

• Bookmarking function will return with the next maintenance.
• The Bookmarks button will be more prominent and easy to see
• Members who had bookmarks before, should get them back...
