We are facing a failure of our email sending interface as of 17:28 JST.

We are working on a solution to restore the link back to full capacity.

Some emails are being sent, some are not.

We will update this item once we know more.

Updated: 19:06 JST - Problem has been identified and a fix is in progress.

Updated: 19:21 JST - Issue has been resolved, emails that can be resent will be. The remainder of those that got lost in transit cannot be recovered.
