I’ve got like 8 days in Tokyo and I only want to spend about 10k yen for a blowjob, no need for FS.

I guess I’m willing to increase the budget by a little if it does guarantee how good the girl looks but yea.

Japanese level: pretty much only limited reading, am Asian foreigner

Im sure you’ve done some research already. From what you’ve seen here on this site or anywhere else so far, what would you say is closest to what you would like?

Age (young) is a huge deal here and any girl under the age of 22 or so who isnt ugly will not be available for less than 10k to someone who cant speak japanese.

To put things into perspective, dropping 70k at a well reviewed soapland or 50-70 on a ‘high end’ escort doesnt even guarantee the girl will be particuarly attractive.

Your 10k will land you some options in Gotanda or perhaps a Pink Salon (i.e. Jan Jan or Hinomaru).
10k will net you a nice massage and hand job from a relatively attractive Asian girl that probably won't be Japanese.
(The younger, more attractive girls as you requested will net you a much higher cost.)

Your 10k will go much further for something in Thailand or the Philippines.

Just being realistic. Sorry if it's not what you're looking for.

For 10k maybe try Seafari in Shibuya? Won't be as young as you'd like, bit they'll definitely be younger than anyone and Happy Hinomaru or JanJan.

For a little over 10k you could try Lovely Hand and pay for the bj option. Still not guaranteed, but your chances of getting someone younger at that price range are higher.

Yeah, I was going to suggest lovely hand as well. Most of the time that I don't choose, I still end up with a cute young girl. Sometimes not. But it costs extra money to choose a girl.
If you chose the shortest amount of time while the girl was wearing clothes with the BJ option, it would still go over your budget a little bit.

As the OP doesn't speak Japanese I don't think that's a viable option. Also you would have to count in the deai cafe fees.

Go to any club in Shinjuku/Roppongi/Shibuya (that allow 18 year olds), don't be an asshole, make it clear you are a westerner and YOU WILL GET LAID. Why are you even looking for pay for play at 18 in Japan? You don't need to speak japanese at all. Young Japanese girls love western guys. I've litterally picked up Japanese girl without even trying. like just sitting at the bar minding my business and chatting with the bar staff. and I'm not even close to 18 years old. even if you are too young to drink its pretty easy to meet girls out here. You should be able to meet multiple girls for FREE. Just pay for a love hotel which is way less than 10k.

Minimum deai cafe is likely to set one back is probably about 28k for a first timer anyhow. 20k date fee (only the real desperate likely to go for less), 2k rental room or lh, 2k registration, 2k entry and 2k exit.

It’s an amazing thing here in Tokyo. Around SEA, there’s sexpats paying 10-20k yen for time with women who punch tickets.

Unfortunately women in Japan have been so depraved of men that want to pick them up (herbivores). Instead of being aggressive like a western women, they went into a shell, to coddle the nancies instead. They are some of the best put together women in the world.

And they can be had for a chat, a dinner, or Ichiman
