20k-30k range suggestions

Hi dear friends
I searched similar post but could not find. I am usually having sessions for 10k-20k.
I decided to make less but different things.
Can you suggest places which are value around 30k.(including hotel)
Any genre is OK.( JK, Office, Mature ...)

Just read the reviews.
Almost all delivery health can be done for 30k including hotel depending on your course length.
