Dear good people of this earth,

Occasional lurker here for some time (good stuff!)... hope you'll forgive me for starting a new thread instead of bringing this up in STD Talk.

I was a 25 year old virgin until this past Friday, when I gave it up with someone I'm assuming is a regular working girl. I could spend ages discussing the details that led up to the event, but the deed is done and I'm just trying to mitigate the consequences if any.

--------------------------------------------------

Just as the sun was half-way through with it's disappearing act for the day, I found myself standing butt naked in a darkened room belonging to one of the town's "swankier" establishments. After realizing I had been catfished (I did make a point to ask beforehand!), she had me horizontal and before you could say chottomatte! covered me up with what appeared to be an unwrapped (but clearly unused) condom (more on this later) and proceeded to blow me.
Next:
-I couldn't get an erection to save my life (nerves or too much porn!)
-she appeared to be using a scrunched up tissue to control her saliva
-we tried putting it in
-I wasn't big at all and she was most definitely the opposite of tight
-attempted various positions to no avail
-she removed the condom and applied a ton of lotion before stroking the bishop, which definitely got me a little more excited
-asked if I could finish inside
-she said she had no more condoms
-and put the used one laying next to us back on (God only knows on the right side!)
-when she realized I was serious about finishing inside, she went over to the table and took another unwrapped condom (sounded like it was in a box with a magnetic lid)
-went in missionary... I was still limp during climax but felt pretty good nonetheless (maybe it was all of the pressure she was applying by holding on to the base of the condom!)
-asked her if she got tested recently to which she just smiled (as you would!)
-asked her for her name but she once again just gave a sly grin

-she was definitely Japanese (once again having consumed a ton of porn, I know my physiques... after I came we also discussed depression in the kind of detail that would bemuse any Korean, Chinese)
-was given something to clean my tallywhacker with afterwards after which I got dressed and quickly walked out of the room
-I noticed, laying next to the cash I had brought, a large stack of small sachets (the ubiquitous manner in which Japanese drug companies often package their pills instead of i.e. blister packs)

-we didn't shower before the act and I didn't until much later that evening
-before meeting-up, she said she was not a "trader" (escort?) and therefore her services were done after finishing once (no fixed time could be set)
-still convinced I was negotiating with her handler on the app
-I've checked her profile page in the days since and it appears she or the person I was texting with is in a different city almost every day!

STDs
my dermatologist who I frequent a lot, also doubles as the local urologist so that should make for an awkward visit.
Unless y'all think I'm being paranoid, I'm going to get test for HIV a month from last Friday. I check-in to the public health center for counseling every month and the place they run the free the tests for HIV, Hepatatis is on the floor below me.

I can live with the psychological damage of knowing I lost my V card to a stranger (my life was a shithole already), but I'm not sure I can live with another physiological ailment like HIV. Being the obsessive-compulsive that I am, I've already spent countless hours researching how at risk I am; I realize I should be alright...

What's the field prognosis on this one guys and gals? Any major red flags???

As far as I could decipher you had a condom on all the time during the intercourse? If yes then you should not have any problems.

The HI virus is very bad at staying alive outside human body so even if she 1) had HIV, 2) was not on HIV drugs, 3) applied the condom the wrong way the second time you would still get into the medical books as the first guy to catch HIV this way.

However if you are a normal human being who just had his first sexual encounter I am betting you are a bunch of nerves right now. So getting tested in a month might be the only way to make you calm down.

Hi MikeH

Boy am I glad to hear from you! Thank you for taking the time. Much appreciated!

Hey MikeH,

How at risk would I be of catching something if the condom I wore felt like it was 3 sizes too big for me because of how soft I was down there? It was such a loose fit... is having a gap dangerous???
I blame Catholic school and it's adherence to abstinence training for my deep-seated fears relating to sex!

Cheers.

For whatever it's worth - I started doing P4P back in the bad old days when bareback was the norm.I probably did a hundred sessions between California, Mexico, Okinawa, the Philippines, and maybe a few more I don't remember. This would be starting in 1976 up to about 1985 when AIDS started to sound like too much a risk and I started using condoms when having sex with strangers. I never caught anything.

I'm not saying condoms are not necessary, just that the chances of catching anything in one session, particularly when you did have a condom on, is so low that there is little reason to lose sleep over it.

Thanks for stopping by! Your wise input is very much appreciated! Partial to any of the four you listed? Love me a woman with sensual curves!

Great username by the way!

In the sense you are asking no, it's not dangerous. Using too big or too small condom is considered a risk because it makes it more probable that the condom slips off or breaks.

But as long as the condom stays on and intact it doesn't constitute a risk of getting any STDs.

just that the chances of catching anything in one session, particularly when you did have a condom on, is so low that there is little reason to lose sleep over it.

Agreed. If we are talking about a single session the only time to get worried is if someone you know is HIV positive comes inside your back door without a condom.

Loose fitting condoms are a pregnancy risk more than an STD one. No worries there.

Thanks for the fast responses guys. Great community here!

Y'all have brought me down someway from the borderline panic stage of anxiety!

Don't worry about it. The chance of getting HIV through heterosexual contact is pretty low. Actually, the chance of getting other curable STDs is much higher than getting HIV. If it really bothers you, there is a HIV test that can detect the virus as early as a week (or maybe 5 days?), you can consult with a doctor to get that test, but it's more expensive though.

Thanks. I think you may be referring to the nucleic acid test (NAT). I'll be sure to get tested for STDs after the ~2 week incubation period for likes of Chlamydia, etc.

Why do you have to talk in riddles? Where were you?
Im totally confused by your story.
You used a condom the whole time but are worried about stds?
Im sure you are fine.

From your description it appears that you had a BBBJ and CFS (barrier between your penis and her vagina). It is low risk, but it's good to get used to testing regularly if you are sexually active, so go ahead and get tested. The fact that you were limp and the barrier was loose is not important as long as the condom didn't come off or get damaged.

BTW - Your post is hard to understand because you skirt around the relevant information with euphemisms.

Had a happy ending massage today, (no FS or BJ, just a HJ) and for some reason, the girl started stretching my upper thighs and poked with her fingernails. I could feel some pain at that point, and asked her to stop. But later I realized that she had cut through my skin with this act of hers. Now I'm worried that if she is HIV infected, I may have contracted it now. Clear case of Penis over Mind!!

I looked around the internet and it has been mentioned that scratching, if it cuts through the skin, can result in transmission. But a few websites say otherwise. Any words of wisdom from fellow TAG members here would help my anxiety...

Yep, you have HIV now. Just live each day to the fullest.

Dude. He's joking.

There is not the slightest chance that you are infected. Nothing to worry about.

Hope you are joking. Really anxious right now...
Unless she actually has HIV and had blood or body fluids on her nail that she scratched you with, I’d be more concerned about a regular infection from the scratch rather than HIV.

Hey now, other people were supportive of you the time you thought you might have caught something....

scratching, if it cuts through the skin, can result in transmission.

If she is HIV postive, AND she has her own FRESH body fluids under the nail that scratched you, there is a (very) small chance of transmission.

Given that these providers wash their hands before they start on you, the chances are virtually nil that she had any fresh (or old) fluids under her nails.

Relax, you're not infected.
