So I lost my virginity recently to a 'high tier' Soapland girl. It would definitely make for an exciting review. I feel like there are some make or break details that I would want to include, but for the sake of the provider I won't. People on this forum would potentially make requests to the provider based on the review I would think.

Anyways here are some details: It was my first time, we get down to business, kissing, etc.. I ask 'Sawatte mo idesu ka?' For the first bit of time I was pretty hands off, unaggressive, my sexual prowess is entirely based off of what I see in porn after all. She gets on top of me, moves my hands toward her chest and butt and says 'Ohh yess' in Japanese, pulls my hand, and allows me to start touching. Then.. She immediately she inserts BBFS. Completely caught me off guard, I said 'what the fuck' with wide eyes under my breath when she inserted and started moving. And here's where I know you guys might be shaking your heads but I went ahead with it. Unfortunately, I didn't cum… but I got really, really close. Like where you masturbate but edge yourself too far… kind of cum but not finishing kind of close. I don't think she realized that was the case because of all the fluids. Was much more flacid from there on out but still some rigidity.

And look, I realize how much I make myself sound like the main character of a shoujo manga. But that's what happened! Just trying to get some perspective on this situation because there's not a chance in hell I would talk to anyone I know about this. Obviously she was on a pill otherwise why would she even try something like that. I'm still on vacation, keep thinking about this and it's really fucking with my head.

keep thinking about this and it's really fucking with my head.

There are lots of guys even here who also would be thinking about it all the time if something like that happened to them. And it would get them really hard. :D

I am guessing you are worried about the STDs. At least you don't have to worry the worst of them, that being the Womb Virus that takes 9 months to develop but then stays with you for the rest of your life.

Pretty much anything else can be fixed with a good dose of antibiotics, so try not to worry too much, avoid having sex for a few weeks and then get tested.

The first time is confusing to anyone so don't be too hard on yourself. Before next time it's still good idea to think what are the risk levels you can tolerate and if the play starts to go over the lines then you are prepared and can stop or divert to a safer way.

In theory, wouldn’t a high end soap be the safest of fuzoku providers since they have less customers and among them tend to be repeaters? OOP really should’ve said no if he was that scared though…

So what is the question here? 😅 ...since you posted it in this section.

Yeah, it happens and if it was out of the blue and also our first time, it is understandable that you were in disbelief and a bit shocked.

If you are worried about STDs get tested after a few days/weeks have passed. I think there is nothing more we can recommend here. What's done is done.

Reviews that mention BBFS during a soap session or FS during a health/massage session tend to get removed. You're right in not writing a review that includes this information.

Honestly, if you have multiple sexual partners ESPECIALLY if it's p4p it's a good idea to get tested once every one to three months even if protected (and definitely without). Waiting till symptoms appear can be a large window that risks infecting others.

Somehow you made it sound like you were raped...:ROFLMAO:
. Unfortunately, I didn't cum…
I didn't manage to cum in the hole for the first 2 or 3 experiences (and awkward enough for my first soapland experience recently) and we had to complete it with hand. My lesson is that if you don't get yourself emotionally engaged enough via foreplay etc, it's not easy even for men to climax either.

STD:
If to put you at ease... your chance of catching HIV via penile-vaginal intercourse, as the inserter, with someone with HIV is less than 0.1% according to CDC statistics. HPV is easier to catch but you generally have mild or no symptom if you have an above average immune system.
I'd be more worried about hepatitis b if your country doesn't mandate a vaccine, because it's quite common in Japan.

Well it is kind of rape. It’s not consensual.
If someone would do this to me I’d consider it rape, and I don’t use that word lightly. I do feel like it gets a bit of a pass if you don’t even attempt to tell them to stop, although I personally would take “what the fuck” as a synonym for “stop”.

Bad news however, if you can’t cum without a condom, it’s most likely even more challenging with one.

just remember to get tested :X3:

sometimes when stars are aligned you get something you didnt expect.

I also had 1 experience having BBFS on the first encounter with 1 provider in my homecountry. Probably not equal as here supposed to be gaijin averse. But in short, it gets complicated so better do it clothed next time to remove any worries after the session.

Is it? Japan also has a standard vaccine for hep a and b. Didn’t think it would be common here
Found this option in one of testing site, still considering whether to get this or not (for example hpv vaccine kind of pointless for older men they said).

Not really. Many high end soaps see lots of guys in a day.
Also vs a soap gal who is 100% covered, the high end soap girl is WAY riskier just because she has unprotected sex.

So “high End” does not necessarily mean “lower risk” at all. High end in Japan often means / includes raw sex.

To OP
Follow advice from fellow TAGgers to get tested
If you want to enjoy p4p and worry a little less consider vaccination for hepatitis, HPV and other more "common" diseases (herpes too ...)

To Alice
I got a hep (and other) vaccination after the physician I usually refer to for STDs mentioned that it is quite common among sex workers (and on the rise at the time)
It might be standard vaccination now but it wasn't in the past (sorry, cannot be more precise than this. )

I don’t think herpes has a vaccine.

I got the hep vaccine as well in Japan because it’s not standard in Europe. Never heard of it being common or on the rise though.

I don't think incidence rate is high (probably 1 in 10000 annually) but just because how easy it could transmit. Japan only mandated HBV vaccine for infants from 2016 so a good percentage of the population isn't vaccinated.

My my first p4p bbfs experience also happened recently in a similar fashion. In that case she forced it in after i told her i don't want FS, then continued even after i told her to stop...

Sorry should have been clearer

HSV herpes simplex has no vaccine
VZV herpes zoster, there are vaccines available

Huh, I should look into that.
The clinic I went to had two vaccines for VZV
ビケン that lasts 5 years costs 8,000JPY

シングリックス that lasts 10 years costs 50,000JPY

Don't know reasons of such extreme price difference
YMMV

Not much to say, OP - if your dick isn't burning yet that's a good sign for starters, but please do get tested after some time. And if you have the ability to get a Hep B and/or HPV vaccines, do it.

And since we are talking about Hep B - just another tidbit of info for anyone born in the US in the 80s - you probably didn't get a Hep B vaccine series even if your parents did everything and aren't antivaxxers because it wasn't recommended for people born in the '80s...I sort of stumbled across this info and realized I likely never had it done but couldn't actually verify it since I was born pre-digital vaccination records, so I just went ahead and completed my 3 dose series in January to be sure (3 doses over six months). And actually, this thread reminded me to make an appt for later today to get my first of three HPV vaccines because I doubt I ever got that either, which I've been seeing commercials for and been meaning to do the last couple weeks. Kind of a drag it's another 3 vaccine/6 month deal like the Hep. B I just finished, ugh.

Here's a schedule showing what vaccines would've been recommended for US residents depending on what year they were born - Hep. B as an example wasn't added to the recommendation list until 1994:

Seconding this. In the US, you may have to hunt around for someone to actually have the HPV vaccine in stock, since it's typically given to younger folk during their normal yearly checkups, so not many walk-in vaccination clinics carry it. And they make a HepA/HepB combined vaccine that you should take even if you got vaccinated for HepA as a child, because the efficacy for the older HepA vaccine is estimated to be 14 to 20 years for people who got it as a kid. So if it's been 14 years since you were a kid, it's probably a good idea to get the combined HepA/HepB to re-up your protection.

FWIW I did just find the HPV 9 Valent widely available at all CVS locations near me, but you bring up a good point - there aren't many older guys walking in looking for this these days since it's done at younger ages now as part of the norm. T minus 38 minutes to my first jabbing. And damn, I should probably get Hep A too, looks like another one I never got, fml now I'm just getting annoyed knowing I could've done a combo A/B and done HPV at the same time and been done with all of them. There were none of these vaccines when I was first getting it wet, you either wrapped it or got barnacles on your dingy.

I asked at local CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and even Costco pharmacies, and none of them had the HPV vaccine available. They said they only order it if someone asks for it first, and that it takes 4-6 weeks to get the vaccine in after someone asks for it. I had to go to a local clinic that did a lot of walk-ins for low-income folks. It'll depend a lot on vaccination trends where you live. I went ahead and did the HepA/HepB combined vaccine as well at the same time, which I asked about and was told there should be no issues taking together.

And for anyone worried about having to complete the full 3-shot course, I asked about how much protection even 1 shot gives, and I was told even 1 shot can give significant protection, so don't be shy about getting started even if your next trip to Japan is going to be less than 6 months away. Get started ASAP, finish it out per the schedule, and enjoy yourself (starting at least 2 weeks after the first shot since it takes a few weeks for you body to build up the protection from the vaccine).

It will hurt a lot and subside in a few days.😉

Yeah just got back, it wasn't terrible but it didn't seem like the smallest needle either, but I don't watch. Of course I only had an appt for HPV so when I got there, because of this thread, I was like, "You know, I should do Hep A too, can we do that too?" and the lady was like sure but then said they didn't have it, it was like the one CVS that didn't have it so now I have another appt less than an hour from now at another CVS to get the first Hep A done.

Mongers protecting mongers (and providers) FTW
