Aiseki - Free Drinking Bars For Women - Any Good?

Has anybody been to Ai-seki type of bar/restaurant where you sit next to women and talk/drink?

What do people usually do there? Just talk? or is it something similar to Deai cafe where you discuss what you want to do later?
 
Tried but there was not enough girls in there at the time (after last train) so just payed regular price, you pay for nomihoudai for the girls when they are sent to your table.

In general... what types of women go there? What are their purpose/mokuteki? Finding boyfriends, chit-chat, wasting time, warikiri, etc?

For example, for deai cafe, women usually go there for warikiri... and maybe 20-30% go there for karaoke/free dinner/wasting time.

Is it the same for Aiseki places?
