AM Response Time

Has anyone else had problems getting a response from AM this week? I emailed them three times in the span of three days with no response. I have had no problems in the past so I don't think my message is going to their junk/spam folder. Very strange. I guess I can call them, but prefer email.

Previous emails, response time was about how long?

During our little nerd-brawl awhile back, emails were sent to AM via their primary Yahoo! account, but we never got any replies whatsoever. Other than that, I've not talk to them in email for a long while.

Hopefully someone from AM will read this and go check their emails.

I usually got a response within two hours max. And most times within minutes. So this is quite unusual for them.

Well, I've not heard that they stopped using email. Let us know if you ever get a response.

Otherwise, I guess telephone is the only choice.

Have not tried this week but I setup appointments twice in late September via email and they responded no later than 4 hours. Was planning something next week, will see what happens and post the results...

No problem today (Saturday 13/10). Contacted AM by email at 2PM, and my booking was arranged by 5PM. And I'm not an IMF attendee!!!!

Yeah, I finally got a reply on Friday; days after my initial email. The IMF conference must be coming to an end!
