Any good love hotels in shin Okubo?

I am thinking about using a service for myself.

They are based in Shin Okubo.
While they have their own play room,
I would rather meet her in a nice hotel room than their tacky looking room.

I would use J mex at the end of kabukicho. A bit more reasonable than other JHT hotels but just because it is further walk from Shinjuku station. Rooms are about the same level. I usually walk from Higashi Shinjuku station to come to Shinjuku so it is actually shorter walk for me.

However they charge 2,000yen of delivery fee when the location is in kabukicho.
2,000yen is not a real problem but it would be nicer if I could find a nice hotel in their area than paying the extra just to make them cross the street.

Do you know any nice hotels in shin Okubo area? It is not a must but ones that allow more than two people is a plus. If the first girl provides a good service, I might plan to call two girls together in the future.

I've only used Shin-Okubo City hotel... not a LH, but ok... not fancy at all... basic. I do remember a couple LH on the same street, Dohphin LH maybe ? Sorry can't recall the names, and have not been inside so can't say what they look like. I think.... "nice hotel" and Shin-Okubo are not used together that much Manami :D maybe google maps with street view will give you a better feeling of what I am talking about. Out of station, go left walk past 7-11 then turn immediately right... down that street.... if that helps...

I agree that nice and Shin-Okubo are not used normally together. But especially that Dolphin is pretty bad. In that area I think the best I have been was Rio which is less than 10 minutes from the station. Still I would not call it great but it's not bad. Very reasonable too, I think it was 5k for rest.

According to review, Hotel Monbijou seems good but not really that great. Have any of you been there yet?

If you dont mind walking about 10 minutes, there are quite a few in between Shin Okubo and Shinjuku. I would frequent those after enjoying Korean food.

This is relatively common knowledge that nice and shin Okubo does not match.
Now I am wondering if the girls are not very good either as they belongs to a shop in shin Okubo?
Well, they only charge 20,000yen for 90 minutes. I can’t expect to receive amazing service from fantastic provider.

It has been some years already but I used to frequent a shop in Shin-Okubo. The pricing was similar so the expectations were definitely not up to the roof but I was never disappointed either.

Coming to think of it now none of the girls I met there stuck to my mind so that I would recall them, but nonetheless I repeated the shop quite many times.

I think there are two but both of those are in Kabukicho so they would not qualify here.

You are wrong again, but this time twice. First no need for the perfect circle-jerk, just two of the closest ones need to be in exactly same distance from the station.

Secondly each of them is money-wise exactly the same distance from the station which in this case is an even 2.000 yens.

There's one place that looked not as bad from the outside as the others somewhere between Shin Okubo and Donki, closer to Donki. Looks like its named Monbijou but you already know about that one. Besides that I cant think of a single one.

Btw thanks “the scientist” for that recommendation- Tried monbijou last night and the room on the 5f with sauna and huge bath was excellent
