That place at Fussa might be "gaijin" friendly. It is too far for me to go find out for you, (I have too many places to visit much closer to home), but from what I gather from the homepage, the fussa place says Asian, not Japanese. And as I have written in other threads, many of the "Asian" places are Chinese, and I have never been asked yet by a Chinese massage parlor about my language ability. They see my cash and they are content. I am fortunate because 我会说中国话。and I speak Japanese, 日本語も話します. Naturally, it is much nicer when you can stop a masseuse in the "shower" room and start conversing, especially when I go into 普通话, because it relaxes her so very much. But, again, I have never been asked about my linguistic ability and my skin is as white as a toilet paper, my eyes are round and as green as dirty emeralds, and my hair (used to be beautiful Irish red before aging set in, is hardly Asian in appearance and texture, and my nose, oh God my nose, Chinese say, 大鼻子 BIG NOSE. Boy do I have a snot locker.
By "gaijin" friendly, do you mean a place that will accept you as a customer even if you lack "Japanese" language skills or are you expecting a place that is willing to go the extra mile and converse with you in your language. I am always unclear what we "gaijin" mean by gaijin friendly. If you want the latter, then you should settle for an escort.
Seems to me your best bet is to go there and give that fussa place a try since it is where you are staying; my bet is if they are Chinese they will not turn you away. Then you can write a nice report here about your experience.
Good luck.
