Any independents in Hong Kong?

Have a business trip planned this summer and wanted to see if there were highly rated independents in Hong Kong that you guys have met and had fun with.
 
Hong Kong experiences are going to be random af compared to what it used to be like before COVID and pre-China bullshit.
Other than seeking services out in the Fuji Building, you'd just have to search around and see who's there. (you can search TAG for 'Fuji Building' and you'll get a lot more information)
Most actual independents only visit HK, not based there.
