Yeah can be done in Japan. But Thailand is best for this sort of debauchery. Much much cheaper. Also guaranteed sex in Thailand while delivery in japan has some uncertainty.

I have never done 4p or 5p but lots of 3p and it’s super dependent of the girls for how good it goes. Some situations include:
One girl great chemistry the other zero chemistry
Both good but treat it as a tag team and spends off time on her phone
Amazing and worth double the price

Best case scenario is you already know three or four girls at a shop and manage to book them all at the same time.

Expert? That's the first time anyone has used the word 'expert' on me that was NOT followed by the word 'farting'.

The most important consideration is chemistry. The ladies would all have to be into it. When I did my 4P with Manami, Cass, and Erin I had already been with Manami and Cass a few times solo, and once with the two of them. I had met Erin a couple of times before, and I knew she was into things outside the norm. I also knew they she had met with Manami in a social (non-working) setting. The ladies should at the very least know who the others are.

Another important factor is location. Pick a place with enough room for all to engage at the same time. An escort once spoke to me of a 5P she had been a part of. The one big complaint was that it took place at an AirBNB. The bed was only big enough for three people to play at a time.
