I was thinking of trying one of these out and doing a role play type scenario with a girl from one of the health places. Anyone ever done something like this? How did it go? My Japanese is fine so that shouldn’t be an issue but chemistry with the ladies at these places is often hit or miss, especially with a foreigner. Or anyone have experience doing role play with any other providers (ND/AM, independants, etc.)?

I think it depends what kind of roleplay you want.
There are several shops that specialize in chikan roleplay and since your Japanese is good you can get into some of them. Its specialized so the girls know how to act.
With themed shops like Dolce, JK style or OL style, roleplaying doesn’t seem that common, just the costumes and you may get called “oniichan” in JK shops but that’s usually as far as it seems to go. Maybe they would be up for more if you ask but no idea how well they do it.
There was recently a review of AM where a guy gave a girl a school uniform and she got really excited and into the play and really liked the costume, but even there there was not much roleplay talk and acting out some student teacher situation or something.

As Alice said, you can ask the independent girls privately. I do some role play, mild fetishes and soft BDSM, (stuff I personally enjoy and don’t creep me out) but I want to keep my escort ad easy to navigate and simple so I don’t include too many details. I’m sure that’s the case with some other independents as well.

I have tried shops you can find in my reviews. even if your japanese level is high,getting into mood is not possible. Maybe only in SM shops (a little bit). Even in SM shops i get a GFE but I am sure they make other
