I had the pleasure of meeting Venise back in April/May. At the time I wasn't sold on her being post op, but the more I think about it now it does seem likely.
I agree that the size of certain body parts and particular cues in speaking were suspect, but that was part of the reason I conducted my own research into Venise. You see, she sent emails to me using the legal name of a relative, so it wasn't hard to find her on Facebook (though it seems her account is now hidden/deleted). I did manage to find some pictures of who would presumably be her when she was younger, though it could have easily been a relative that bears an uncanny resemblance.
