Anywhere in the Omiya area?

I'm not aware of any in Omiya. From some cursory searches, it looks like the red light district in Omiya is just to the Southeast of the station, in Nakacho 1-chome. You can go there yourself and ask around. Please be polite.
As always, if you don't speak Japanese, you are going to be very limited to places you can go. Just about all of those have been discussed at length here and on ISG. You could always call up Asian Mystique and have a girl delivered there, although there's extra charges delivering outside Tokyo.

Following up on Meiji's post, I checked a few Japanese message sites and I don't see any mention of services that accept non-Japanese. It's not clear if those same services would reject you just based on being non-Japanese or just non-Japanese speaking.

I see a place call club Venus in iwatsuki looks like you get a 50 min. Session for 3500¥ and you choice for an extra 2000¥ not sure what kind of place it is and I am pretty sure they won't allow me inside. Anyone have any idea what it is? I thought it was a strip club but my wife says its most likey something else.

Do you have a website for it or anything? Doing a cursory search for Omiya or Iwatsuki, I see two shops with the name 'Venus' in them, and both are delivery shops (one's delivery health, and one's delivery massage). Generally they aren't going to have storefronts, so that probably isn't the place you are looking at. Venus, as you might imagine, is a popular name for an adult club.
