Are escort couples (MF) a thing yet? Nagoya but can travel to Tokyo

Hey! Long-time lurker and first-time poster.

I found a thread about couples for MMF play but that was 6 years ago and wondering if things might have changed yet. Or if anyone has any tips for how that might be arranged.

I live near Nagoya but can travel to Tokyo on occasion.

Yeah, I've seen reference to that but not sure it's for me... I'd need to be attracted to the male as well and would prefer light bi play, I don't know if I'd expect to find that here, and I'm certainly not going to be any guy's type lol
