Well, you can get a great massage and a blowjob in Tokyo easily. You just need to visit two separate shops for that.

To be able to get them in the same shop you would need to lower your standards of a great massage to the levels I am not comfortable with.

There is a spot I know of but havent taken the plunge yet thats thai massage + extras. They had an actual thai massage shop in takadanobaba that I went to once but it closed down so now they only do thai hotel delivery with massage + bj etc.
