best party locations for a Thursday??

Hello all

im planning my second tokyo trip for 2018. Im bringing 3 other guys with me.

we have friday and saturday bar/lounge/clubnights planned but no evening plans for thursday.

Can anyone recommend some bars lounge or clubs open late thursday that are BUSY? (or wednesday)

we're white/asian westerners. 29 /32 yrs old.
not much jpn language skills...but super chill, easy going, dressier style guys.

as many suggestions as possible is appreciated

Have you thought about joining a meetup.com group? I have joined a couple based on advice from guys here and I get invitations to mixers that are held on Thursday nights...
It's cheap and you can always leave if you want..
