I love the ramen at Golden Gai, I think it's called Nagi. The soup stock is uncommonly made from dried fish.

I'll be soon in Japan (Yokohama) following a ramencourse for two months.
If anyone wants to show me some good places or wants to explore some together do let me know!
I tried the summer special at Senrigan. It's cold jiro noodles without soup. But with lots of daikon, a mayonnaise sauce and of course their signature chashu. Very yummy!
It's basically a ramen school where I'll attend.What is a ramen course?
It's basically a ramen school where I'll attend.
Or to quote from the site:
You'll master the unique Ramen skills that are not available at anywhere else, including how to cook various kinds of Ramen and dipping noodle, and toppings such as seasoned soft-boiled eggs and roast pork slices, as well as business management, which ensure you to serve Ramen consistently in the highest quality.
That actually sounds great, I would like to read a review of how good was it once you finish it.
Maybe I should start writing reviews of the ramen places I'll be going to in the coming months that I'll be in Japan?
How can one put mayonnaise sauce on ramen?
That looks like a nice snack雷 ラーメン 松戸
Kaminari at Matsudo(Kita-Matsudo station)

I love mayonnaise. I could put it on many many things. Unfortunately in Japan they don't eat French fries with mayonnaise
I drank too much last night and feel like eating ramen now. What do you think is the best ramen/tsukemen place in Tokyo or Japan?
One of the best I had is Fuunji in Shinjuku. The broth for the tsukemen is just amazing.
