Hello my name is Tasha I am an American living and working in New Zealand at the moment but I am going to be in Tokyo 2 months to visit friends.

I was wondering if there is a market for black girls in Tokyo. I would like to work with an agency but I don't know if ill make any money because it seems like asians prefer white or asian girls. In New Zealand I am popular and exotic but I'm not so sure Japan will enjoy me as much.

Assuming you don't speak Japanese but want/intend to see Japanese customers, an agency is indeed probably your best bet. I really can't guess how much business you might get; it is true that *typical* Japanese guys don't seem to be too interested in black women. However, there also don't appear to be too many available for p4p in Tokyo, so you might well get enough business to reach your goals from the atypical and relatively rare Japanese guys who would see you as an exotic novelty.

There is also the option of seeing English-speaking foreign men (non-Japanese) in Tokyo. This market is *much* smaller than the Japanese one obviously, but it is not so small as to be unimportant. There are Tokyo escorts and agencies who do well catering to it. This you could do as an independent (more profitable) or through an agency (less trouble). And, of course, you don' thane to choose one or the other; you can do both.

When do you expect to be in Tokyo? It wasn't clear to me from your message whether you will be in town starting in two months or for two months. Anyway, note that July and especially August are generally considered to be a relatively dead season for commercial sex services and shops (among other things) of all kinds. So it won't be ideal if that is when you will be here.

I would totally be down as Well. I think a lot of Japanese would be down for it. They won't approach on the streets, but if they can buy your time, they don't need to.do.any work.... they gunna give you a go for sure.
 
I've seen Japanese guys go crazy over Black (very dark) and half-Black women. I also know 2 Japanese men and Black African women couples with children.

The trick appears to be about weight, height, style, and being aggressive as a woman. Same applies to White and Latino women.

If you are slim and dress well, many Japanese guys will be curious.

Height can sometimes be a factor, as Japanese guys tend to be shorter and more intimated by tall women.

If you notice a Japanese guy being curious based on eyes and body language, even though you are a woman, don't be afraid to initiate. Even a simple wink and smile, will let the Japanese guys know it's OK to try. Japanese guys tend to be way more tentative than Western guys when approaching women.
