Build And Promote A Keijiban (出会い掲示板)

Hello guys,

In Japan, Keijibans seem to be quite popular in the not-so-morally-good sexual scene. I can cite two of them I've been using to do some testing around: http://lovelovemail.com/top.shtml which is a good one, http://furin.misty.ne.jp/index.shtml, also a great one, and a great exchange in this forum, where I first heard about them, here.

So, I live in Paris. If you know a little about Keijibans, you get the point.

I'd like to create (or use if anyone knows one) a keijiban made especially for foreign countries. Or build one from scratch, in Japanese of course, specialized in France as a beggining.

Do anyone of have an idea about how I can manage to create such an area? Or use an existing one?

Yes, the above sites are free of charge.
I want to create a dating keijiban of same style, but aiming at people located in France or wishing to travel France

You must to get a paid membership if you want to contact women.

None of those sites work. I am currently working on digicafe, but think everyone is fake or work for the sites. All they want is you to buy credits and pay to talk to people who likely get paid by the site.
