I am just reporting what the girl told me. It might have been quite a few girls gotten it, or it can be simply bullshit. Could just be the excuse that girl used to reject foreigners. Or it's possible the Chinese customer actually had symptoms and still go ahead and book the services. Not like I would know the real truth.

This was a story in one of the weeklies, Shukan Gendai, supposedly two Chinese guys intentionally spreading HIV.

no such thing as hunting down customers, it would be nearly impossible, especially for shops that offer NS as the standard.
If it was a case of a guy messing with condoms on purpose then theoretically they would have something, but in Japan of course they wouldn’t be able to complain about it and even in countries where CFS is a legal item on the menu and stealthing is a punishable crime, the police does not take action if it happens to an SW because “they might actually have offered NS” or some BS like that (heard this about Australia).

The thing I really don’t get about these kind of cases is how they would even know/prove this person was spreading it on purpose. I personally don’t have negative feelings against any measures that make the providers feel safe and at ease. I consider this to be a super hard job and have a ton of respect for anyone working in this field. They want to come with a guy who checks I’m not a lunatic? No problem. They want someone to explain me the rules although I have been there 5 times? No problem. They want me to wear a cap for BJ? No problem.

I'm in Japan for 2 weeks with a clear goal of meeting AIKA as I'm a massive fan. Actually I called from a JP phone number, got told 250k for 70 minutes +100k gaijin surcharge. Then they proceeded to tell me that I don't understand Japanese (once I asked them to speak a bit more slowly and not in keigo, subjected me to rapid-fire keigo and that was that. Not a fan of being told one price one day (With gaijin tax) and one +75% higher a few days later.

Would have loved to see her, but probably won't come back for 1.5-2 years and by that time I expect her to be retired.
